Cohorts meet 1x per month, for 4 hours via a hybrid format (in-person or virtual) along with 30 individually scheduled mentoring sessions throughout the year. The schedule for the class meetings is created by the cohort at the first session. Mentoring may occur in-person, by phone or virtual. Acupuncture sessions are not included with this option and will be recommended on a person by person basis. Coursework includes a combination of lecture, discussion, reading, meditative practice, journaling and advanced mentoring.
